Incorporation
Founded by the Mass Ave Merchants Association, engaged residents, cultural arts organizations, and property owners, the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District Inc was approved by the IRS in October 2021 as a 501c3 charitable, public-benefit organization [EIN 86-3612591].
